If I had to choose one dessert to eat for the rest of my life, it would be ice cream. I love it and I eat it all year round (even in winter when normal people prefer hot chocolate). However, I don’t buy regular ice cream all that often anymore. I rather make it myself from frozen fruit, and after a lot of experimenting, I present you my three favorite flavors.
Looks like there are as many banana bread recipes as people who make it. After testing out a few recipes, I came up with my favorite combination. The bread is delicious, soft, made entirely with whole-wheat flour and without processed sugar. And of course, you can make it without too much fuss. 🙂Continue reading
